General Policies

Our service contract goes into these policies more in-depth, but here is a quick overview.

  • Meet & Greets are required before services begin for all new clients.

  • Visits are scheduled within time blocks, not exact times. Preferred time frames may be requested and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

  • Care is provided for up to four pets at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before a service starts will be charged the full price for the service.

  • All pets must be current on rabies and required vaccinations.

  • Payments are due prior to the start of services, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Holiday services include an additional fee and require advance booking.

  • Overnight care includes scheduled sitter breaks to accommodate other daytime clients.

  • Happy Paws cannot share care responsibilities with your friends, family, or other providers during contracted services.

  • Emergency veterinary care may be authorized if a pet becomes ill or injured.
