Our Interview Process
We value your time and believe in complete transparency throughout our hiring process. We review submissions daily and strive to keep our onboarding moving quickly and efficiently. No matter what, we believe in open communication. Once you fill out an application, you will always hear back from us with our final decision.

Step 1: Fill out Application
Sound like you could be our next great pet sitter? Or maybe you're an established sitter looking to add to your schedule, a recent retiree, or a stay-at-home parent looking for flexible work. If so, fill out our application to begin the journey toward joining a great, supportive team of pet sitters in one of the most rewarding jobs out there!

Step 2: The Phone Interview
If your availability and qualifications align with our current needs, we will reach out via email to schedule a 15- to 20-minute phone interview. This introductory call allows us to discuss the role details, review our premium commission structure, and ensure your expectations align with our business standards.

Step 3: The In-Person Interview
The final step is an in-person interview, giving us a chance to dive deeper into your pet care experience, discuss safety protocols, and ensure a strong mutual fit. If everything looks great, we will initiate a standard background check, welcome you to the Happy Paws family, and start you on one of the most rewarding careers!
